IMPORTANT NOTICE

ZipTv is designed to be used with user-created content or created playlists containing legal content. ZipTv does not sponsor the streaming of copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright holder. We act promptly on any copyright claim and may suspend or terminate your account.

The ZipTv application only displays content added by the user and plays the user's content in the player. ZipTv does not provide any content or playlists.

ZipTv can play extensions like 3g2, 3gp, 3gp2, 3gpp, amv, asf, avi, divx, drc, dv, f4v, flv, gvi, gxf, webm, wm, wmv, wtv, xesc, m1v, m2v, m2t, m2ts, m4v, mkv, mov, mp2, mp2v, mp4, mp4v, mpe, mpeg, mpeg1, mpeg2, mpeg4, mpg, mpv2, rec, rm, rmvb, tod, ts, tts, vob, vro, IPTV streaming support live.

ZipTv allows users to upload content (local data) from their device or play playlist available at Xtream Codes API. Additionally, users can also upload single streams from the URLs they enter in the option to play a single stream.

ZipTv application refers to the mobile application available on the Apple Store, Google Play Store and on the ZipTv web page.

INTRODUCTION

Thank you for choosing ZipTv (hereinafter "ZipTv", "we", "our"). ZipTv provides an advanced mobile IPTV content playback application for Android and iOS platforms, for playback of your own content, such as photos, videos and streams.

By installing or otherwise using the ZipTv mobile application, ZipTv websites and user interfaces (collectively "ZipTv") made available through our website, Play Store, App Store or otherwise accessible to you, you understand and you agree that you have entered into a binding contract with ZipTv.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and any additional terms you agree to enter into, as discussed in the Complete Agreement section below, except for terms with third parties (collectively, the "Agreements"). The Agreements include terms regarding future changes to the Agreements, the privacy policy, the copyright infringement complaint process, mobile application disclaimers, privacy, and dispute resolution. You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Agreements, you accept these Agreements and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to (or cannot comply with) the Agreements, then you must not access and/or use ZipTv.

To use ZipTv and access any content, you must (1) be at least 18 years of age, or at least 14 years of age with the consent of the holder of parental responsibility, and (2) have authority to form a binding contract with us, and not be prevented from doing so by applicable laws or regulations in force. You also promise that any registration information you provide to ZipTv is true, accurate and complete, and you will notify ZipTv of any changes to that information.

CHANGES TO AGREEMENTS

We may occasionally make changes to the Agreements. When we make material changes to the Agreements, we may provide you with notice as appropriate in the circumstances, such as by displaying a prominent notice within the Application or by sending you an email.

In some cases, we will give you advance notice, and your continued use of ZipTv after changes are made will constitute your acceptance of the changes. So be sure to read any such notice carefully.

If you do not wish to continue using our Application under the new version of the Agreements, you may terminate your account by contacting us.

ZIPTV APPLICATION

ZipTv is available for a fee and you can only watch your own content such as photos, videos and streams for an initial 7 day free trial period.

It is important to note that we do not provide any content.

Technical problems may occur in technology products and we may terminate your access to ZipTv for maintenance or improvements to the player.

You may be notified of such updates or maintenance by ZipTv.

ZipTv is offered as a single subscription that unlocks all features, with no tiers or separate versions. You can pay it on a monthly or annual basis (the annual option costs less); the price is the same on the App Store, Google Play and the official website.

WHAT THE SUBSCRIPTION INCLUDES

We may change the price from time to time and will notify you of any price changes in advance and, if applicable, how to accept such changes.

Consistent with applicable law, you agree to the new price by continuing to use ZipTv after the price change becomes effective.

If you disagree with a price change, you have the right to refuse the change by canceling your Paid Subscription before the price change takes effect.

RENEWAL OF CANCELLATION

You hereby understand and agree that your subscription and payment to ZipTv will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period, unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period by logging into your account section within the web application and unsubscribing from the paid version.

The cancellation will take effect on the day following the last day of the current subscription period.

Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise (including the right of withdrawal set out below), we do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods already elapsed.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the subscription contract within fourteen (14) days of its conclusion, without giving any reason, pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU and the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). To exercise this right, send an unequivocal statement to [email protected] before the period expires.

Because ZipTv is digital content and services supplied immediately, by starting to use the paid features during the withdrawal period you expressly request their immediate provision and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed; where performance has begun but is not complete, any amount due is proportionate to what has already been provided. The 7-day free trial is not charged and can be cancelled at any time before it ends.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

ZipTv is owned by Marco Migozzi. We have the exclusive intellectual property rights in our player and any related trademarks, patents, copyrights and proprietary code.

We may terminate your Access due to complaints alleging infringement of the intellectual property rights of others.

All trademarks, trade names, logos, domain names and other brand features of ZipTv are the exclusive property of ZipTv or its licensors.

COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

You acknowledge and agree that ZipTv is the sole owner of all copyrights and intellectual property rights relating to ZipTv worldwide, whether or not such copyrights and intellectual property rights are registered in a certain region.

All copyright and intellectual property rights in content created by ZipTv in connection with the mobile application are owned by ZipTv.

Any copyrights and intellectual property rights to content on the Services that are not created by ZipTv and/or are offered/provided by other companies or third parties are owned by their respective owners.

You warrant that you have the necessary copyright or permission for the content you wish to reproduce using the ZipTv mobile application.

You agree not to modify, lease, loan, sell or otherwise alter or distribute the content in any way, or create derivative works based on such content, unless explicitly authorized in writing by the respective copyright holder to do so.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for protecting and enforcing your copyrights for any content you view or viewable through the use of the Application, and you agree that ZipTv has no obligation or responsibility to protect such rights on behalf of the User.

You agree to abide by these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Copyright Infringement Remedy Policy and not to use ZipTv, or any part thereof, in any manner not expressly permitted by the Agreements. You must not infringe the intellectual property rights of our player or any third party by reproducing any content for which you have no authorization.

ZipTv will not be liable for any use of the player that infringes the copyrights of any person, company or entity by merely providing transmission, routing or connections for the content you wish to reproduce through the Application. ZipTv does not solicit you to start any stream, access any content, etc. It is at your sole discretion to choose the player to access, upload, transmit content that you decide to do.

Except as expressly granted in the Agreements, ZipTv confers no right, title or interest in the ZipTv mobile application.

USER GENERATED CONTENT

You are solely responsible for all Content that you reproduce, transmit or access. ZipTv is not responsible for the Content you access and does not endorse any opinion contained therein.

YOU AGREE THAT IF ANYONE FILES ANY CLAIM AGAINST ZipTv OR ITS AFFILIATES, RELATING TO USER CONTENT YOU ACCESS, THEN YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT YOU ACCESS, AND NOT ZipTv, AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LOCAL LAW, YOU SHALL INDEMNIFY AND RELEASE ZipTv FROM ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES AND EXPENSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COSTS) ARISING OUT OF SUCH CLAIM.

RIGHTS YOU GRANT US

In consideration of the rights granted to you in the Agreements, you grant us the right to allow ZipTv to use the processor, bandwidth and storage hardware on your Device in order to facilitate the operation of the Application.

If you provide any feedback, ideas or suggestions to ZipTv in relation to ZipTv ("Feedback"), you acknowledge that the Feedback is not confidential and you authorize ZipTv to use that Feedback without restriction and without compensation to you. Feedback is considered a type of User Content.

In addition to the rights expressly granted herein, you retain ownership of all rights, including intellectual property rights, in the User Content. Where applicable and permitted by applicable law, you also agree to waive and disclaim any "moral rights" or equivalent rights, such as your right to be identified as the author of any User Content, including Feedback, and the your right to object to derogatory treatment of such User Content.

USER GUIDELINES

ZipTv respects all laws, treaties and intellectual property rights and expects you to do the same. You must follow these rules and encourage other users to do the same. The following activities are not permitted for any reason:

Use the Application to engage in activities that are illegal or could be considered illegal in the territory where you are using our Application.
Use the Application to watch, transmit, broadcast, make publicly available, perform, publicly display, record, transfer, reproduce, copy or redistribute content that is not expressly permitted by the Agreements or applicable law, or otherwise violates the intellectual property rights (such as copyright) of ZipTv, of any person or entity.
Transfer cached copies of Third Party Content from an Authorized Device to any other Device by any means;
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the ZipTv Application or any part thereof, except as permitted by applicable law;
Circumvent any technology used by ZipTv, its licensors or third parties to protect the Application;
Sell, lease, sublicense, or lease any portion of the ZipTv Application;
Circumvent any territorial restrictions applied by ZipTv or its licensors;
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other indication of intellectual property contained in the Application or provided through the Application (including to disguise or change any indication of ownership or source of any Content);
Give your password to any other person or use another person's username and password;
"Crawling" the ZipTv Application or use any automated means (including bots, scrapers, and spiders) to view, access, or harvest information from ZipTv or the ZipTv Application;
Selling a user account or accepting or offering to accept any compensation, financial or otherwise, for influencing an account name or content included in an account or playlist; or
Artificially promote the content through automated means or otherwise.

Please respect ZipTv, the Content owners and other users of the ZipTv Application. Do not engage in any activity, post any User Content, or register and/or use a username that contains material that:

Is offensive, abusive, defamatory, pornographic, threatening or obscene;
Is unlawful or intended to promote or commit an unlawful act of any kind, including infringement of the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or proprietary rights of ZipTv or a third party;
Includes your password or intentionally includes another user's password or intentionally includes personal data of third parties or is intended to solicit such personal data;
Includes harmful content such as malware, Trojan horses or viruses, or otherwise interferes with any user's access to the Application;
Is intended to, or involve, harassment or bullying of other users;
Impersonates or misrepresents another user, person or entity in a false, fraudulent, deceptive or misleading manner;
Includes the transmission of junk mail submissions or other forms of spam, junk mail, chain letters or the like;
Involves commercial or sales activities, such as advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes or pyramid schemes, that are not expressly authorized by ZipTv;
Links to, refers to, or otherwise promotes commercial products or services, except with the express permission of ZipTv;
Interfere with or disrupt the ZipTv Application in any way, tamper with, violate, or attempt to probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities in the ZipTv Application or any ZipTv security component, authentication measures, or any other security measures applicable to the Application or any part thereof; or conflicts with the Agreements, as determined by ZipTv.
You acknowledge and agree that posting any User Content that violates these User Guidelines (or that ZipTv reasonably believes violates these User Guidelines) may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your ZipTv account. You also agree that ZipTv may claim your username for any reason.
ZipTv has no responsibility for your choices to view or watch material on the Application or the content you watch on the ZipTv Application.

INFRINGEMENT AND REPORTING OF USER CONTENT

ZipTv respects the rights of intellectual property owners and acts promptly on any claims of copyright infringement. In this regard, a specific Copyright Infringement Remedy Policy has been established and can be consulted on our Copyright page. If you believe that any Content infringes your intellectual property or other rights, please contact ZipTv and notify us at [email protected].

ZipTv may, in its sole discretion, suspend such users' accounts from the Application or take other steps ZipTv deems appropriate, without notice to you or to the other party who provided or posted such Content. If such user or other party believes that the Content does not infringe copyrights, he may under certain circumstances file a counterclaim with ZipTv with a request to restore his disabled account, which ZipTv may or may not grant, in its sole discretion.

For copyright complaints, please use our copyright complaint policy on the Copyright page. ZipTv does not store any content accessed by users or maintain cached files, nor does it have any interaction with content so posted by users.

Therefore, ZipTv's sole remedy in cases of copyright infringement is the termination of the account that accessed such copyrighted content or a notice to terminate such account, as ZipTv deems appropriate.

SERVICE LIMITATIONS AND CHANGES

ZipTv will make reasonable efforts to keep the ZipTv Application operational. However, certain technical difficulties, maintenance or testing, or updates necessary to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements, may, from time to time, result in temporary disruptions.

ZipTv reserves the right, from time to time, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, functions and features of the ZipTv Application, upon notice when practicable, all without liability to you, except where prohibited by law, for any interruption, modification or discontinuation of the ZipTv Application or any function or feature thereof.

Company does not warrant that the data and other information provided through the Software is accurate or compliant with applicable copyright laws, except for data and information directly created or prepared by Company.

The company is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of the installation, use or non-use of the Software, unless such loss or damage is caused by the company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

The company is not responsible for any loss of actual or anticipated profits by you resulting from the use of the Software.

The company is not responsible and will not be obligated to become involved in any dispute that arises between users and between a user and a third party in connection with the use of the ZipTv Application.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

For customer support with account and payment related questions, please contact us by email at [email protected]. We will use reasonable efforts to answer all Customer Support Questions within a reasonable amount of time, but we make no promises that any Customer Support Questions will be answered within a specific time frame and/or that we will be able to answer any such questions.

EXPORT CONTROL

You warrant that you are not located in, and will not use ZipTv from, any country or territory subject to restrictive measures (sanctions) adopted by the European Union or the United Nations, and that you are not a person or entity targeted by such measures.

You agree to comply with all export control and sanctions laws applicable to you, and not to sell, export, re-export, transfer or otherwise make the ZipTv Application available, directly or indirectly, to any destination or party prohibited by those laws.

TERM AND TERMINATION

The Agreements will continue to apply to you until terminated by you or ZipTv. However, you acknowledge and agree that the perpetual license granted by you to the Feedback is irrevocable and will continue upon expiration or termination of any of the Agreements for any reason.

ZipTv may terminate the Agreements or suspend your access to the ZipTv Application at any time, including in the event of actual or suspected unauthorized use of the ZipTv Application or non-compliance with the Agreements, or if we terminate access to the Application (in we will give you reasonable notice before doing so).

If you or ZipTv terminate the Agreements, or if ZipTv suspends your access to the ZipTv Application, you agree that ZipTv will have no liability to you and ZipTv will not refund any monies you have already paid, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You can terminate the Agreements at any time. This section will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The sections concerning Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights, User Generated Content, User Guidelines, Warranty Statement, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law and Jurisdiction, Dispute Resolution, Indemnity, and any other section that by its nature should continue to apply, will remain in effect even after the termination of the Agreements.

WARRANTY STATEMENT

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE ZIPTV APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND.

ZIPTV AND ALL CONTENT OWNERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS AND DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

ZIPTV DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE ZIPTV APPLICATION IS FREE OF MALWARE OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. FURTHER, ZIPTV MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, ENDORSEMENTS, GUARANTEES OR ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS (OR THE CONTENT THEREOF), USER CONTENT, DEVICES, OR ANY OTHER PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED OR PROMOTED BY A THIRD PARTY ON OR THROUGH THE ZIPTV APPLICATION, AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN YOU AND THE THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS OF THE ABOVE.

NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM ZIPTV SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY ON BEHALF OF ZIPTV.

THIS SECTION APPLIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. THIS SECTION DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER.

LIMITATION AND TIME FOR SUBMISSION

The company does not guarantee that the data and other information provided through the Application are accurate or comply with applicable copyright laws, except for the data and information directly created or prepared by the company.

YOU AGREE THAT YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY PROBLEMS OR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE ZIPTV APPLICATION IS TO UNINSTALL THE ZIPTV APPLICATION AND STOP USING THE ZIPTV APPLICATION.

I AGREE THAT ZIPTV HAS NO OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR CONNECTED WITH ANY THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS OR THE CONTENT THEREIN MADE AVAILABLE OR ACCESSED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE ZIPTV APPLICATION, AND ALTHOUGH YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH SUCH THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS MAY BE GOVERNED BY SEPARATE AGREEMENTS WITH SUCH THIRD PARTIES, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, WITH REGARD TO ZIPTV, FOR ANY PROBLEMS OR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS OR THE CONTENT THEREIN, IS TO UNINSTALL AND/OR STOP USING ANY SUCH THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ZIPTV, ITS OFFICERS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, ASSESSORS, SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS FOR (1) ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; (2) ANY LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS OR PROFITS (WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT), IN ALL CASES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE ZIPTV APPLICATION, THIRD PARTY DEVICES OR THIRD PARTY APPLICATION CONTENT INDEPENDENTLY OF THE LEGAL THEORY, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ZIPTV HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE; OR (3) AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE ZIPTV APPLICATION, THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS OR THIRD PARTY APPLICATION CONTENT IN EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ZIPTV IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE MATTER.

Nothing in the Agreements excludes or limits our liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by our fault, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including Article 1229 of the Italian Civil Code). If you are a consumer, you benefit from the mandatory legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services under Legislative Decree 170/2021 and the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), which these Terms do not affect.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and without prejudice to any longer mandatory limitation period available to consumers, any claim against ZipTv should be brought within one (1) year after the date on which the claiming party knows or should reasonably know of the act, omission, or default which gave rise to the claim.

THIRD PARTY RIGHTS

You acknowledge and agree that Content owners and certain distributors (such as app store providers) are intended beneficiaries of the Agreements and have the right to directly enforce the Agreements against you.

Other than as set forth in this section, the Agreements are not intended to give any rights to anyone other than you and ZipTv, and in no event do the Agreements create rights that benefit any third party beneficiary.

Further, the rights to terminate, rescind or agree to any variation, waiver or settlement of the Agreements are not subject to the consent of any other person.

If you downloaded the App from the Apple, Inc. ("Apple") App Store or if you are using the App on an iOS device, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following notice regarding Apple.

This Agreement is between you and ZipTv only, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the Application and its contents. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application.

In the event of any failure of the Application to meet any applicable warranties, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund any applicable purchase price of the App to you; and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligations with respect to the Application.

Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Application or your possession and/or use of the Application, including: (1) product liability claims; (2) any claim that the Application fails to comply with any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (3) claims arising under consumer protection regulations or similar legislation. Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense,

You agree to comply with any applicable third party terms when using the Application. Apple, and Apple's affiliates, are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and by your acceptance of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as the beneficiary of third parties of this Agreement.

You hereby represent and warrant that (1) you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or that has been designated by the US Government as a "terrorism supporting" country; and (2) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

FULL AGREEMENT

Except as set forth in this section or as expressly agreed to in writing between you and ZipTv, the Agreements constitute all terms and conditions agreed to between you and ZipTv and supersede any prior agreements relating to the subject matter of the Agreements, whether written or oral.

SEVERABILITY, WAIVER AND INTERPRETATION

Except as otherwise set forth in the Agreements, in the event that any provision of the Agreements is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason or to any extent, such invalidity or unenforceability will not in any way affect or render the remaining provisions of the Agreements invalid or unenforceable, and the This provision will be enforced to the extent permitted by law.

The failure of ZipTv or any third party beneficiary to enforce the Agreements or any provision thereof shall not constitute a waiver by ZipTv or the third party beneficiary of making such enforcement.

As used in these Terms, the words "including" and "including", and variations thereof, shall be deemed to be followed by the words "without limitation".

ASSIGNMENT

ZipTv may assign the Agreements, and any of its rights under the Agreements, in whole or in part, and ZipTv may delegate any of its obligations under the Agreements.

You may not assign the Agreements, in whole or in part, or transfer or sub-license your rights under the Agreements to any third party.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold ZipTv harmless from any damages, losses and expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or related to: (1) your breach of the Agreements or any of them; (2) any User Content that you post or otherwise contribute; (3) any activity you engage in on or through the ZipTv Application; and (4) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION

The Agreements (and any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them) are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are habitually resident that are more favourable to you as a consumer. For any dispute, jurisdiction lies with the court of the place where the consumer is resident or domiciled, where mandatory consumer law so provides; in all other cases the Court of Rome (Italy) shall have jurisdiction.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We want to resolve any problem amicably. Before starting legal proceedings, please contact us at [email protected] describing the issue and the remedy you seek; we will make good-faith efforts to resolve the matter within 30 days of receiving your notice.

If you are a consumer, you may also refer the dispute to an out-of-court alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body competent for consumer disputes. Recourse to ADR is voluntary and does not affect your right to bring the matter before the competent courts.

Nothing in the Agreements requires you to submit to binding arbitration or to waive your right to participate in collective or class proceedings; any such waiver does not apply to you as a consumer to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
