1. ZipTv does not host content

ZipTv is a player: it does not provide, host, aggregate or distribute any audio/video content (see the Terms of Service, §2). The content played comes exclusively from the Sources that each user adds with their own credentials; the addresses of these Sources are encrypted on the user's device and cannot be read by our servers (see the Privacy Policy, §3).

For this reason, we cannot remove or block content streamed by a Source: any removal request must be addressed to the provider that streams it.

2. What you can report to us

• the use of ZipTv by a specific account to access content in breach of your rights;
• materials published by us (website, store listings, images, texts) that you believe infringe your rights.

3. How to submit a report

Write to [email protected], stating:

• your contact details and, if you are acting on behalf of the rights holder, the relevant authorization;
• the protected work and the rights you hold in it;
• the information needed to identify the infringement (for example, the email address of the ZipTv account involved, or our disputed material);
• a statement that the information provided is accurate and given in good faith.

The report must be signed by the rights holder or by their authorized representative.

4. How we handle it

We review every report in a timely, diligent and non-arbitrary manner. If it concerns an account, we inform the user, who may respond; if the infringement turns out to be well-founded, we may suspend or close the account, as provided for in the Terms of Service (§3), and we close the accounts of repeat infringers. If it concerns our materials, we correct or remove them. We may decline to act on reports that are manifestly unfounded or abusive.

5. Appeal

If you believe your account was suspended or closed by mistake, you can appeal by writing to [email protected]: identify the account, explain why you believe there is no infringement and provide your contact details. We will review the request and, if it is well-founded, reinstate the account.
